Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas ● Beach access: 30 second drive to the Sea Isle beach parking lot, or 5 minute walk. ● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys. ● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking. ● Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars between the garage and driveway. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home.
