The living room boasts a closet and balcony. The compact kitchen includes regular-sized appliances. The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, a dresser, and a closet. The bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to the bedroom. Step outside the bedroom door onto the deck, which overlooks the building's backyard. A coin-operated shared washer and dryer are available in the building. Street parking is the available option. Guest access The entire unit, balcony, deck, and washer/dryer in the building. The backyard is accessible solely for using the washer and dryer; the rest of the backyard and other structures are off-limits. Other things to note The balcony and deck are adjacent to the neighbor's and are designated for quiet individual use. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, and outdoor grilling/BBQ is not allowed to prevent the risk of fire and smoke affecting neighboring units.
