The space Our 200 m2 villa located on a 2800 m2 plot combines the charm of the contemporary and stone. Fully air-conditioned, it is located in the heart of Provence and enjoys breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains with the Argens and its vineyards and olive groves at their feet. On the ground floor: The villa is composed of a living room of about 100 m2, with a central fireplace and including a contemporary open kitchen with all the necessary comforts and amenities as well as the living room. The laundry room located at the back of the kitchen consists of a washing machine, a dryer and gives access to the toilet with hand wash. Upstairs: Our house has 2 bedrooms including a master suite with its dressing room, bathroom and private terrace. You will also find upstairs a separate bathroom as well as a reading area. On the 1st floor: You will find two double bedrooms, one with pool access and a TV lounge (65 inches) with PS4 and all the packages (Netflix, RMC sport, Canal+, Prime Video...) as well as a Stella foosball table. Outside: There is a magnificent wooden terrace (80 m2) offering a panoramic view in the extension of the living room. On this terrace there is a dining area with its large round table (12 people), a living room, a barbecue and a gas plancha, all sheltered by its majestic holm oak. At the back of the villa, a small equipped terrace leads to the petanque court, which also benefits from a layout allowing you to share pleasant moments. You will also find the pool area with alarm (8 m by 4 m, depth 1.50 m, weekly maintenance is carried out by a professional). 8 deckchairs with mattresses and floating poufs allow everyone to fully enjoy the pool. Parking for several cars with electric charging station is available. Access to the house: Please note that to enjoy the breathtaking view and absolute calm, the last part of the access to the villa is via a fairly steep but short track (100 m) that will not be suitable for vehicles with low ground clearance. The other vehicles will have no problem. Getting around: A8 and A57 highways 15 min from the villa.
