They charge 35php/4hrs or 80ph/12hrs and 10php/hr for excess hrs if you're staying longer or over night. Bed Setup - Bed arrangement are prepared according to the number of guest that is made on the reservation (Please message in advance for any clarification on this matter) • Please note that the color of bed sheets, blankets, and towels may differ from the pictures provided. • Additional bedding, towels, pillows, blankets, and cleaning services can be arranged upon request, based on availability, and additional fees will apply. • Additional cleaning or toiletry refills are not provided. Please reach out to us for any cleaning or refill requests, with applicable fees. • Moving of furniture is strictly prohibited. Any rearrangement or relocation of furniture requires prior approval from us. • Kindly observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighboring units. • No parties/events/pets allowed on the premises. • Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. • Please respect check in and check out times. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. • Cooking food with strong odors such as dried fish is not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a penalty of Php 2,000. • Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. A penalty of Php 5,000 will be imposed for violations. • Guests may be held accountable for any damaged, missing items, or additional cleaning charges accrued during their stay. • Guests are responsible for regularly managing trash disposal to prevent attracting bugs and ants. We shall not be held liable for any consequences if this responsibility is neglected by guests. During periods when rotational brownouts are implemented, guests may experience power interruptions lasting approximately 1–2 hours per day. The timing and duration may vary depending on the power provider's schedule and actual conditions, and interruptions may not always be announced in advance. Please note that these power interruptions are outside of our control and are dependent on the local power provider. 🏢 BACKUP GENERATOR (GENSET) Our building has a backup generator (genset) that provides power to essential building areas and selected outlets during power interruptions. While the genset is operating, the following will generally remain available: • 🛗 Elevators • 💡 Hallway lights • 🔌 One designated power outlet inside the unit, located at the back of the refrigerator Please note that air-conditioning and some appliances may not be available while the genset is operating.
