The master bedroom has air conditioning and in the secondary room a fan. There is no air conditioning in the living room, but there is a high ceiling fan. We have cable TV and 2 WiFi services, one fiber optic 60Mbps and one cable. The water pump is new, but it makes a little noise when the water is turned on. From the apartment you can hear the air conditioners of the neighboring shopping center, it is normal in the area.
