Our house has central heating but does not have AC. - Both bedrooms have fans and plenty of cross-breeze. NO SMOKING OR PARTIES: No smoking of any kind permitted. Family get togethers as are welcome but no large gatherings. DISCOUNTS: Discounts available for extended stays. Just ask! WINTER: During winter stays, please make sure you have chains during the snowy weather or law enforcement will not let you up or down the mountain. TOILETRIES: We supply plenty of toiletry items and toilet paper in each bathroom for your stay. SAFETY & SECURITY: Guests are provided with a personalized keycode.
