Hot Tub Cabin at Robinhood Village Resort #12

Cottage #12 is located in the far interior of the resort. The interior walls are made of pine with a warm cottage feel. This cottage is a studio style, with a queen bed, TV with cable, Wi-Fi, a small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot in the kitchen and comfortable living room with a twin pull out sleeper. Creek side fire pits are available for our guests, pet friendly up to 2 dogs. A non-smoking cottage. Kayaking times are posted on our pub/check in door for each day of your stay. The tide must be at least 6' and water at the dock for kayaking. Rules are posted, and by completing this reservation are implied as agreed to. Early check-in requests: There is a $20 per hour charge for early check-ins. The cleaning crew is often working until the standard 3:00 p.m. check-in time. Therefore, early check-ins must be approved, and paid for, prior to 8:00 p.m. the day before your check-in. Number of available early check-in hours varies per stay. No indoor smoking: $500+ penalty/maintenance/cleaning fee for indoor smoking. No unauthorized parties: $500+ penalty/maintenance/cleaning fee for unauthorized parties.
