House and HOT TUB in Normandy

My guest house, offered to travelers, is a bubble of serenity, calm and happiness in the heart of the Normandy countryside, within the confines of a one-hectare property. It offers a gentle life and warm comfort. Decorated with care and with a passion for objects, the house is a natural interlude near typical villages with many amenities (bakery-pastry shop, butcher-delicatessen, restaurants, supermarket, etc.), not far from wonderful tourist sites. The space The house is made up of one floor. On the ground floor: large living-dining room with an open kitchen equipped with a semi-professional gas stove and complete equipment (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, kitchen utensils, etc.) a scullery with fridge and freezer, washing machine + a toilet. Wood stove. The first floor is accessible by a spiral staircase: landing with small office, bathroom (shower + sink + toilet), 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140x190 with wrought iron bench convertible into a baby bed on request. Bedroom 2: 3 single beds, 2 of 90x200cm and 1 of 90x190cm. Outside, the house has 2 covered terraces, one of which hosts a Spa with exclusive and free access to guests (please respect basic hygiene rules). A second terrace allows travelers to enjoy garden furniture. BBQ + garden furniture available. The house has electric radiators (I ask for controlled and reasonable use in winter) for constant heat. For the wood stove (I offer a small stock of wood to enjoy an evening in the warmth of a fireplace... Additional wood is extra - Thank you for asking me). I am lucky to have pets (cats and dogs) who are extremely discreet but very curious. Out of curiosity, they can come and say hello furtively... I accept guests' pets (max 2). My pets have no animosity towards their peers. Guest access Access to a large plot of landscaped garden of 3000 m2 with mesh chicken coop. The SPA is accessible all year round free of charge. It is for the exclusive use of the occupants of the gîte. In the event of deterioration, puncture or other damage to the SPA, financial compensation equal to the price of the device will be requested. Please indicate any damage. In addition, the SPA is not a toy. Please do not let children play with the control keypad. Do not leave children unsupervised nearby. Parking in the courtyard of the property, in front of the house. Other things to note My main house is on the same property. I ensure that everyone's privacy is respected. I am lucky to live with pets (cats and dogs). My little dogs are very discreet. They stay on our side of the property. They live very well with their peers... My cats are also very very discreet and above all far too tired to take care of new arrivals... but they can, out of excess curiosity, point the tips of their snouts at the door of the guest House. Just don't invite them in or they might ask for some petting.
