Welcome to our home located in the historic town of Milton. Our home located on a quiet corner lot, plenty of room for outdoor activities. You'll be in walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee & antique shops. A short drive to: Lewes beach (12mi ), Rehoboth (15 mi), Sports @ the Beach (7mi), Sandhill Fields (6mi), DE Turf (19mi) Milton Theatre - 0.6 miles Enjoy coffee on the back patio & S'mores at the fire pit. We know you'll enjoy your stay....we will make sure of it! The space Home newly renovated. Open eat in kitchen with extra seating at kitchen counter. Master bed has new queen mattress with pull out full size trundle. 2nd bedroom has new queen mattress. Living room is spacious and comfortable with 50" smart TV Dedicated work space in master bedroom There is only one TV in the home. Backyard has patio with umbrella for shade when needed. Guest access Entire space is yours! The only door that will be locked will be the basement door. No access to basement. Other things to note The house can accommodate a maximum of four overnight guest only.
