Master bed has new queen mattress with pull out full size trundle. 2nd bedroom has new queen mattress. Living room is spacious and comfortable with 50" smart TV Dedicated work space in master bedroom Backyard has patio with umbrella for shade when needed as well as a fire pit. Guest access Entire space is yours! The only door that will be locked will be the basement door. No access to basement. Other things to note The house can accommodate a maximum of four overnight guest only.
