Boat dock (3). 15 minutes from Angleton, Lake Jäckson, Surfside and Freeport. 15 minutes by boat to marina, fishing charters available. Swimming. Water toys & 3 kayaks for guest use. Fish off the dock or bring your boat. Kayak launch. Elevator, 2 Lyft chairs, generator. Art classes available The space 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 2 full beds and 2 twins. Playpen and high chairs available, please let host know in advance. Elevator for 1st and 2nd floor. 3rd floor access by stairs only. 2 Lyft chairs. Event tables and chairs available for additional fee. Guest access Guests may use the life jackets and water toys in the garage. Other areas of the garage are off limits to guests. Other things to note Garbage pick-up occurs on Saturdays and Wednesdays. If you are staying on one of those days, please put trash in containers provided and take your trash to the end of the driveway the night before or by 7:30am on trash day. ***At checkout, Guests will be responsible to take any trash generated that does not fit in the container provided on the side of the house. there will be a charge of $100 per contractor trash bag for any trash left behind.***
