This waterfront home features two full kitchens, three indoor living areas, and 5 private bedrooms and one shared bedroom. 15 minutes from Angleton, Lake Jäckson, Surfside and Freeport. 15 minutes by boat to Capt Mark’s Marina, with access to the bays. The water here is good for swimming. Perfect for family reunions, and other fun gatherings. Fish off the dock or bring your boat. Kayak launch. Elevator, 2 Lyft chairs, generator The space 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 2 full beds and 2 twins. Playpen and high chairs available, please let host know in advance. Elevator for 1st and 2nd floor. 3rd floor access by stairs only. 2 Lyft chairs. Guest access Guests may use the life jackets and water toys in the garage. Other areas of the garage are off limits. Other things to note Garbage pick-up occurs on Saturdays and Wednesdays. If you are staying on one of those days, please put trash in containers provided and take your trash to the end of the driveway the night before or by 7:30am on trash day. ***At checkout, Guests will be responsible to take any trash generated beyond (4) 42-gallon trash bags.***
