Delightful apartment in the historic center of Florence, in a quiet and peaceful area but close to the Station, a few minutes' walk to the tram stop and to museums and monuments. Within walking distance are bars, pastry shops, supermarkets, but also numerous restaurants, including those of the Central Market. The space The apartment of about 45 square meters is on the second floor of a building, probably an ancient fifteenth-century convent, in the historic center of Florence. Although the steps are wide and easy to climb, before reaching the accommodation you have to climb four flights of stairs, each consisting of ten steps. We do not have an elevator. The accommodation consists of a living area, consisting of a sitting area, a small kitchen and a study area, and a sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa and a large bookshelf in the center of which there is a television connected to the Internet, so as to allow access to your accounts. The small kitchen, with a two-burner stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, and mini freezer, is equipped with everything needed for preparing meals. On the table you will find a coffee maker and a kettle. A study area completes the living area, where you will have the opportunity to work with peace of mind if needed. Of course, Wi-Fi, included in the price, covers all parts of the property. In the sleeping area, in addition to a double bed, there is a large closet and a walk-in closet. The bathroom, with shower, is equipped with two small windows and also here you will find basic necessities (soap, hair dryer, cleaning products). Please note that during sleep hours, it is not possible to achieve total darkness in the bedroom; instead, the room remains in dim light as moonlight and early morning light filter through the shutters. We also warn that we do not have a washing machine. A few steps from the house there is a laundromat and we can provide you with a clothesline, ironing board and ironing board. We have a TV with an internet connection, so you can access your subscriptions directly from the TV. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive use of all areas of the accommodation.
