Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 1925 home. Perched at the top of a hill, the house offers sweeping views of Downtown Los Angeles from the front and the San Gabriel Mountains from the back. The space Things to Note Before Booking Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Due to the close proximity of our neighbor’s window to the carport, we cannot accommodate arrivals later than 11:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving later, please reach out in advance so we can try to find a solution together. To help maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood, we ask that guests be mindful of noise, especially during the evening and nighttime hours. Late-night gatherings, parties, and frequent coming and going late at night are not a good fit for this property. -Interior- This home was originally built in 1925 and has been fully remodeled inside and out, offering a modern, updated feel while maintaining its historic charm. Wilson trail hike is 14.5 miles with 5,640’ of elevation gain. -Eaton Canyon Falls hike is 3.8 miles with 592’ of elevation gain. -Hollywood Sign trail hike is a 3 mile loop that can be accessed from Vermont Canyon Rd.
