Within a family residence, a charming home that can accommodate 6-8 guests. In a picturesque setting between sea and nature, coastal trails and bike paths invite you to relaxing walks with stunning views. Guests can enjoy the beaches of St-Jean de Monts to Les Sables d 'Olonne. Between St-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and St-Hilaire-de-Riez, the ideal place for a relaxing and charming vacation. The space A kitchen to live in welcomes you with its central island. Fully equipped, you will find fridge with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob 4 fires, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster. On the mezzanine, a cozy living room will allow you to enjoy TV and board games. A children's area offers games and books. Sofa bed has two extra beds. Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140 x 190 cm, built-in closet. Bedroom 2 : 1 bed 140 x 190 cm and bunk bed with 2 places 90 x 190 cm built-in closet. Bathroom with shower and double sink sink, Separate WC. Storage will be available in the hallway to store your personal belongings for the duration of the stay. Internet box (fiber) with visitor WiFi access available. Outside, you will enjoy two terraces, the first with garden furniture downstairs, the second with high garden furniture. A barbecue is available. The gravelled, fenced but not closed courtyard allows two vehicles to be parked while leaving a play area for the kids. You will have access to the facilities in the residence: - green spaces; - table tennis tables - boules court; - volleyball / badminton (in summer); - Tennis court (a little spoiled but appreciated). The sheets are provided: pillowcase and duvet + cover in each bed, depending on the number of occupants. A bath sheet per occupant is also provided. Towels and hand towels are also provided. A baby kit including high chair, crib + mattress + fitted sheet will be available to you upon request, at no extra cost. Guest access You will have access to the entire house.
