In a picturesque setting between sea and nature, the coastal trails and bike paths invite you to relaxing walks with stunning views. Guests can enjoy the beaches from St-Jean de Monts to Les Sables d'Olonne. Between St-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and St-Hilaire-de-Riez, the perfect place for a relaxing and charming vacation. The space A living kitchen welcomes you with its central island. Fully equipped, you will find a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster. On the mezzanine, a cozy living room will allow you to enjoy the TV and board games. A children's corner offers games and books. The sofa bed offers two extra beds. Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140 x 190 cm, built-in closet. Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140 x 190 cm and bunk bed with 2 places of 90 x 190 cm, built-in closet. Bathroom with shower and double sink, Separate WC. Storage will be available in the hallway to store your belongings for the duration of the stay. Internet box (fiber) with visitor WiFi access available. Outside, you will enjoy two terraces, the first with low garden furniture, the second with high garden furniture. A barbecue is available. The gravel courtyard, fenced but not closed, allows two vehicles to be parked while leaving a play area for children. You will have access to the residence's amenities: - green spaces; - ping pong tables; - bowling alley; - volleyball/badminton (in summer); - tennis court (a little run down but appreciated). Sheets are provided: pillowcase and duvet + cover in each bed, depending on the number of occupants. One bath sheet per occupant is also provided. Tea towels and hand towels are also provided. A baby kit including high chair, baby bed + mattress + fitted sheet will be available on request, at no extra cost. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home. Other things to note Enjoy the local shops and restaurants of the Vendée coast. You will also find many activities for the whole family in the surrounding area: - tree climbing; - sand yachting; - water sports; - paintball, laser tag, bowling; - quad/karting. Forty minutes from the village of Vendée Globe, one hour from Noirmoutier and Puy du Fou, close to the pier for Île d'Yeu, treat yourself to an exotic stay!
