House with pool, bowling alley in the Pyrenees

In ASSON, at the foot of the Pyrenees, come and discover our 120 m2 renovated house "Chez Hebus", classified as furnished tourism 3***, its terrace and its large park for playing soccer, rugby, badminton, volleyball, basketball. Swimming pool, bowling alley, swing and ping pong table are to be shared with the hosts. Between Pau and Lourdes, near the Chemin de St Jacques Compostelle, the Soulor road and the crossroads of the valleys: Ouzom, Aspe, Ossau. With family, friends, you will enjoy the calm, the countryside, the space. The space Ideally located in the Ouzom Valley, close to the center of Asson ((=2 km) and its many shops (bread depot, pizzeria), grocery store, butcher's shop, delicatessen...) our 120 m2 house "Chez Hebus" (dating from 1666) which was completely renovated (interior and exterior) in 2023. Our large house that can accommodate up to 9 people (including 3 babies) is located in the countryside, in a quiet area, waiting for you for your future vacation. It mixes the charm of the old with its exposed stones with that of the modern. From your terrace and large private park, you can admire the view of the village as well as the Pyrenean peaks. Its large outdoor space awaits you to rest, entertain you. Its outbuilding will allow you to store your bikes, motorcycles, fishing equipment, skis. Its large, enclosed and secure courtyard will allow you to park your vehicles. The "Chez Hebus" house is reserved for guests and cannot accommodate outsiders without the hosts' agreement. In the house, you'll find... On the ground floor: A large room: living room/kitchen of 50 m2. The living room with its TV, 2 sofas, - a sofa bed (160), - an umbrella bed, but also its 2 armchairs, its games to entertain you with family and/or friends and a desk area to work with the free Wi-Fi connection. Equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee machine (= ground coffee), kettle, etc.), large table, high chair, booster. Finally, on the ground floor, you will find a bathroom and toilet as well as a laundry room (washing machine) and clothes drying rack. Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms, - a bathroom with bathtub and baby bath. - a toilet. Bedroom 1 with village and park views. The bedroom includes: 1 140 bed, 1 bed 90, 1 umbrella bed. Bedroom 2 with views of the park and the Pyrenean peaks. The bedroom includes: 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 crib and 1 TV. Bed sheets, towels are provided free of charge and the beds will be made for your arrival. Do you have babies and/or children? A high chair, a booster, a changing table and a mattress, a small park (100x80cm), a bathtub, a toilet booster, a baby potty, are available to you free of charge. Outside you can enjoy your terrace for a drink, your park for eating in the shade on its wooden table, barbecuing, playing football, handball, rugby, basketball, volleyball, badminton... playing a game of petanque at the bowling alley... You and/or your children can have fun in your large private park and/or also enjoy the shared spaces. The spaces to share (only) with the hosts are the swimming pool, the bowling alley, the swing and the ping pong table. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15. For the little ones: - a small basketball hoop, ball... will allow them to have fun in the park. Our house is located on the route des cols: Col du Soulor, Col d 'Aubisque, offering many walks and sites to discover. The city of NAY with its 2 markets (Tuesday morning and Saturday morning), its many shops is only 7 km away (= 10 min drive). The city of PAU and the city of HEAVY are located 30 km away. Families, friends, cyclists, bikers, fishermen, hikers, skiers, athletes ... don't wait, come and discover our house and all the activities nearby.
