House with pool, boulodrome in the Pyrenees

In ASSON, at the foot of the Pyrenees, come and discover our renovated 120 m2 house "Chez Hebus", classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, its terrace and its large park to play football, rugby, badminton, volleyball, basketball. Swimming pool, bowling alley, swing and ping pong table are to be shared with the hosts. Between Pau and Lourdes, near the Way of St. James, the Soulor road and at the crossroads of the valleys: Ouzom, Aspe, Ossau. With family, friends, you will enjoy the calm, the countryside, the space. The space Ideally located in the Ouzom Valley, close to the center of Asson (=2 km) and its many shops (bread depot, pizzeria), grocery store, butchery charcuterie ...) our 120 m2 "Chez Hebus" house (dating from 1666) which was completely renovated (indoor and outdoor) in 2023. Our large house sleeping up to 9 people (including 3 infants) is located in the countryside, in a quiet area, awaits you for your future vacation. It mixes the charm of the old with its exposed stones with that of the modern. From your terrace and large private park, you can admire the views of the village as well as the Pyrenees peaks. Its large outdoor space awaits you to rest, entertain you. Its outbuilding will allow you to shelter your bikes, motorcycles, fishing equipment, skis. Its large enclosed and secure courtyard will allow you to park your vehicles. The house "Chez Hebus" is reserved for guests and will not be able to accommodate outsiders without the agreement of the hosts. In the house you will find... On the ground floor: A large room: living room /kitchen of 50m2. The living room with its TV, its 2 sofas including - a sofa bed (160), - an umbrella bed, but also its 2 armchairs, its games to entertain you with family and/or friends and a desk area to work with free wifi. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker and filter coffee maker (= ground coffee), kettle ...), large table, high chair, booster seat. Finally on the ground floor you will find a bathroom and a toilet as well as a laundry room (washing machine) and laundry rack. Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms, - bathroom with bathtub and baby bathtub. - a toilet. Bedroom 1 with village view and park view. The room includes: 1 queen bed, 1 bed 90, 1 umbrella bed. Bedroom 2 with views of the park and the Pyrenees peaks. The room includes: 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 crib and 1 TV. Bed sheets, towels are provided free of charge and the beds will be made for your arrival. Have infants and/or children? A high chair, a booster, a changing table and a mattress, a small park (100x80cm), a bathtub, a toilet booster, a baby toilet pot, are available to you free of charge. Outside you will enjoy your terrace for a drink, your park to eat in the shade on its wooden table, make a barbecue, play football, hand, rugby, basketball, volleyball, badminton ... play a game of pétanque at the boulodrome... You and/or your children can entertain yourself in your large private park and/or also enjoy the spaces to share. Spaces to share (only) with hosts are the swimming pool, bowling alley, swing, and ping pong table. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15. For the little ones: - a small basketball basket, ball ... will allow them to have fun in the park. Our house is located on the route des cols: Col du Soulor, Col d 'Aubisque, offering many walks and sites to discover. The city of NAY with its 2 markets (Tuesday morning and Saturday morning) , its many shops is only 7 km away (= 10 min by car). The city of PAU and the city of HEAVY are located 30 km away. Families, friends, cyclists, bikers, fishermen, hikers, skiers, athletes ... don't wait, come and discover our house and all the activities nearby.
