Barn with Hot Tub

Small breed dogs are welcome, but please, nothing large or ones that shed fur. If in doubt please check before booking. The hot tub is refilled / reheated prior to every new guest, the cost of which is included into the cleaning fee. The space Parking for two cars is opposite the apartment entrance. Small or well behaved medium breed dogs are welcome. For easy exercising there is a walking route to the Lenches and the reservoirs starting via a private path to the property rear, which can also go to a path that runs alongside a nearby river. No large breed dogs please. Within easy reach are places such as Pendle Hill & Witch Country, the Pennine Way, the Yorkshire Dales, Skipton & Brontë Country, Foulridge reservoir and Alkincoats Park Aside from the pubs in Colne there is also the Admiral Lord Rodney which can be reached via the private exit at the rear of the property. This has to be the best pub in the whole area with local talent playing live music every Tuesday night, scoring 4.7 over 240 reviews. Although the barn dates to 1867 the apartment is modern and open plan. The ground floor utility room has a WC, washer and tumble dryer. A 76” smart TV with ad free Netflix is inset into the wall. Wifi is available throughout the apartment. The property is a self contained annex within a large barn that has been partially converted. This substantial barn is inside a gated and fenced perimeter surrounded by walls and trees, all totally private and secure. The kitchen has a 5 burner AEG hob, a built in dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Aside from central heating there is also an ethanol fireplace, fuel for which is provided. For safety there is a CO detector, a fire extinguisher, and five interlinked smoke detectors. The lounge has two leather sofas and two leather reclining chairs, along with a 6 seat dining table. The upstairs of the apartment has two ample sized bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king and a double bed, bedroom two has a super king bed. This room also has two reclining seats, one with a massager, and overlooks the wooded area at the property rear though a tall window. There is a wooded area containing the hot tub hut and hanging egg chairs. There is also a store room where you will find spare linen, ironing board, iron and cleaning equipment. The bathroom contains an oversized shower, sink and WC. Guest access The entire apartment is yours exclusively throughout your stay, and you will be provided with a remote control for the gate. Other things to note There will be two small Lhasa Apso dogs around that will show you some friendly attention. There will also be three chickens roaming, which we keep as pets.
