With enough beds to hold the entire family, it's a perfect getaway year round! Max guests 10 (8 adults, kids 12 and under count) no exceptions. With 6 bedrooms (3 upstairs and 3 downstairs), each floor has its own bathroom for convenience and comfort. **The Perfect Family Vacation Spot** Our cabin is fully equipped to ensure everyone has a great time. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, pancake mix, and essential spices and condiments. For those evenings when you want a quick meal, we've added a Ninja Foodi—perfect for making chicken fingers for the kids or wings for late-night cravings. The kitchen is compact but includes ample prep space, and there’s an additional sink by the BBQ to increase convenience. **Outdoor Living** The cabin features both an upper and lower deck with plenty of seating, plus a natural gas BBQ for grilling. Enjoy the cozy outdoor firepit (wood available onsite for an additional fee) or relax by the bar fridge on the upper deck—perfect for keeping beverages cool and freeing up space in the kitchen fridge. **Lakefront Access** Located right on the water, our cabin offers a path leading down to the lake, though please note that there is no gate, so be mindful of children playing outside. We have a private dock—perfect for your boat in the summer or ice shack in the winter—so you can enjoy lakefront living without the hassle of waiting in line at the boat launch. **Safety and Fun for the Kids** We provide outdoor toys, a sandbox, and wading pools for endless fun outside. Inside, there’s a dedicated play area with toys, movies, and video games to keep kids entertained. Additionally, we offer a variety of card games, board games, and dice games for all ages, plus a poker and blackjack table for the adults. **Convenience and Comfort** Our cabin features clean water, but we recommend using the cooler water for drinking. We have a cistern water system and septic tank system, so please conserve water and avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper. For stays under 7 days that exceed one tank of water (1300 gallons), an additional fee will apply. **Please Note** - The top bunks are not rated for adults or individuals over 120 lbs. - Life jackets are available, but we recommend bringing your own, especially for children, as we cannot guarantee the proper sizing for everyone. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cabin and yard. Parking is available. Do NOT park facing the house, rather facing the tree line in the parking area. Other things to note **Security & WiFi** For your safety, we have one security camera located by the side entrance, facing the parking lot and garage, which is strictly for monitoring the driveway. There are no other cameras on the property. **WiFi & Internet** We offer on-site WiFi, provided by Starlink satellite internet. While the connection is satellite-based, the speeds are generally fast and reliable. **Fishing** Lucien Lake offers fantastic fishing opportunities, including Jack, Perch, and Walleye. **Pets** The house has previously hosted pets, but please note that we do not allow pets to stay inside during rentals and they must be contained outside for the safety of the community. Any and all pets must be disclosed for consideration prior to rental approval.
