The space Premium Studio Loft Condominium #354 offers: • 800 square feet in a completely renovated two-story open studio loft condo with three sleeping zones, two bathrooms and an open living space with kitchenette, all in a two-story open studio condo. Equipped with Seasonal portable a/c unit to take the edge off! • Downstairs is a dining area, kitchenette, bathroom and living space with valley views at Palisades Tahoe Lodge. • The living space has a large wraparound sofa, oversized club chair, coffee table, television and DVD player, dining area that seats 6. This space also includes a daybed with trundle sleeper. • Upstairs is a queen bed sleeping zone in the open loft (no partition or door for privacy) with a television, and bedroom with queen bed. There is also a second full bathroom with an oversized standing shower. • The kitchenette is equipped with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, cooking utensils. There is a full range and oven. • A portable air conditioning unit to take the edge off on a warm day. • There are two private bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs. The lower-level bathroom has an oversized tub/shower and the upstairs has an oversized standing shower. • The Premium Studio Loft condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people. The comfortable space is equipped with three sleeping zones! Located on the first floor, adjacent to the dining area, is your daybed with trundle – a comfortable place to lounge during the day and can accommodate more sleeping space as needed. The other two separate sleeping areas are located in the upstairs loft, with two queen sized beds. On the first floor is a fully equipped and renovated kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and full sized range and oven – which means you can pull out all the stops for cooking in your home-away-from-home! The living room space is inviting with its large windows and beautiful valley views.. This area has a large wraparound colorful sofa that you’ll want to sink into after a day on the slopes. There is an oversized club chair, coffee table, television and DVD player which lives large for your group to enjoy après beverages after a day adventuring around Tahoe! The dining table that seats six in leather chairs, and daybed, are all a part of this spacious common area. Upstairs in this condo you have even more room. A plush queen bed makes a cozy sleeping area, tucked away in the open loft with a wall mounted television to relax. There is also a bedroom with queen sized bed, dresser, and television, that access the upstairs bathroom as well. The condo has two full bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has an oversized tub and the upstairs bathroom has an oversized standing shower, accessible by two entrances (one of which is in the upstairs bedroom). Both have black soapstone counters and shower walls. Guests will enjoy the on-site amenities at ski-in/ski-out Palisades Tahoe Lodge, such as the outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor sauna and steam room, and very popular ping pong room! You are located just steps from the resort chairlifts, KT22 and the base-to-base gondola that connects you to another nearby local ski resort. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic (cross-country) skiing are of interest they are all nearby. Summer grants easy access to the hiking trails, nearby biking, Lake Tahoe beaches and boating, or North Lake Tahoe golf courses. Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies. PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning. Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking **When Palisades Tahoe Resort is open with sufficient snow, Palisades Tahoe Lodge offers true Ski-in/Ski-out access to world-class terrain. Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
