The apartment, built in 2023, is located in Pocitos, a safe and quiet neighborhood with all amenities. The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the most visited points of Montevideo. Just 350 meters from the sea, 350 meters from the Montevideo sign, 300 meters from the Shopping and 700 meters from the bay and diving port, all this will allow you to easily plan and enjoy your trip. The host is the same as the Welcome to Pocitos house. The space The building is modern, built in 2023, extremely bright and very safe with a concierge and surveillance service. The apartment is 60 square meters, extremely functional and has an 8 square meter terrace. Upon entering there is a small hall, which connects with the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is separated from the dining room by an aluminum and glass dish hatch, which allows odors to be isolated but remain integrated while cooking. The bathroom is spacious and has a glass screen in the shower. The apartment has a fully independent bedroom with a double bed and also has a second bedroom (living-bedroom). The living-bedroom is extremely functional, as it can be used as a living room or as a second bedroom. It has a screen that closes and completely separates the dining room from the living room. On the other hand, it is equipped with 2 comfortable armchairs and a bunk bed with a spectacular foam mattress. Both bedrooms have a terrace exit, air conditioning, and a smart TV. Guest access The apartment is exclusively for guests, so they can access all areas of it. They won't be able to access the building's barbecue, parking, or laundry room.
