The backyard is designed for relaxation, featuring a pool (no jacuzzi), lounge seating, umbrellas, and outdoor entertainment space. Beach Haven is just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and downtown Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, where you’ll find restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Guest access All guests staying on the property have access to the shared outdoor amenities, which include the pool, patio, and BBQ area. As these spaces are shared among the four units, you may see other guests enjoying the outdoor area during your stay. Other things to note Beach Haven – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) How far is the beach? The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away. Our property is ideally located between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Do you provide beach chairs and beach towels? Yes! Beach chairs and a beach wagon are located on the side of the property behind Unit One. Beach towels are provided inside your unit’s bathroom. Do I need a parking permit for the beach? No permit is required since the beach is within walking distance. We also offer six parking spaces directly in front of the property. If you choose to drive into town, public parking meters are available. Is the pool heated? The pool is maintained at approximately 75°F for insurance regulations. Do you have a hot tub or jacuzzi? The spa must remain at the same temperature as the pool due to insurance regulations and is not operated separately as a hot tub. Are pool towels and lounge chairs available? Yes. Pool towels are provided in your bathroom, and lounge chairs are available in the outdoor pool area. Do you have a BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen? Yes. A small BBQ grill is available for all guests to use. Use of the large outdoor kitchen grill and cooktop requires prior approval from management and may require an additional deposit. Do I need to bring extra linens or towels? No. Your unit is fully stocked with linens, bath towels, and essentials. Additional items can be found in the linen storage areas. Is the kitchen fully equipped? Yes. Each kitchen includes cookware, pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker, plates, cups, silverware, dish soap, paper towels, and basic condiments and spices. We kindly ask guests to replenish items after use if possible. Are bathroom essentials provided? Yes. Bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.
