On the old Besouw site, you will find an artist's house in which downstairs is a studio/gallery and upstairs 2 apartments. One I live in myself, and the other is for guests. If you like to see how the old history of this property is reflected in the decor of the house, you are welcome. We think sustainability is important. The property is close to the city center, shops, a cozy eatery, the woods. De Beekse Bergen (12), Efteling (23 minutes by car) and at bicycle junctions. The space A beautiful apartment with cooling, located in a pleasant quiet street, 5 minutes' walk from the cozy village center with cozy pubs and restaurants (and of course the AH) but also 7 minutes' walk from the meadows the "new Ley" and close to the Gorp and Roovert. Here you can enjoy cycling and walking. The apartment has a double bed, a Bluetooth speaker. A kitchenette with kettle and a coffee maker (and of course with free tea and coffee). The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the necessary toiletries. There is a modest breakfast, and for a delicious home meal, the AH or butcher's shop of Hest is within walking distance. There is a fridge and a microwave to heat up a meal. But of course, there are also opportunities (from 9 p.m.) to join Brownies and Downies or other restaurants in the village. Smoking is not allowed, and I hope you will fall in love with the apartment as much as I do, and respect the neighbors. Guest access The apartment is completely private, with a bathroom and a kitchenette. The gallery of the building is public (ground floor) and via the shared staircase you enter your own apartment. Other things to note We can park your bike indoors and safely. There is a possibility to charge it. Behind the house, there are 2 places to charge your car electrically.
