This delightful fully self contained open plan studio designed and furnished with an artistic flair would delight any traveler looking for the perfect place to relax in paradise. Perfect for a couple, however the apartment can also accommodate 1 extra adult or a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Fees apply for extra beds/persons. The space Facilities: Ground-floor studio with queensize bed and single bed, bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, hotplates, microwave and toaster, air-conditioning, safe, free WiFi, cleaning service every 3 days, towel exchange every 2 days, linen exchange every 3 days, terrace with garden and mountain view. Maximum Occupancy: 3 adults/children (6 - 99 years old) Minimum stay: 2 nights Guest access Dear Esteemed guests, Meals can be ordered at the lodge and in advance. The restaurant is called Spicy tuna and it is at the lodge. 1. Check-out: 10 am Late check-out is subject to availability only. A fee of €50 is applicable for the day until 8pm should you need to move to another room. If you can keep the same room, then the cost will be €10 per hour after 10am and the payment should be settled the day before departure. When checking out, please turn off the AC and lights and kindly leave the keys on the kitchen counter. 2. Use of Premises and House Keeping • Cleaning Service is available every 3 days after arrival between 10AM -2PM (no service after these hours). • No service on Sundays • Please use the outdoor bins available near the Main drive way to avoid bad smells/insects/rodents from the kitchen trash. 3. Towels and Bedding • Towels: Changed every 3 days. Towels are for your use in the room only and not for the beach. Should you damage/stain any towels with Sun lotion, make-up, blood etc, the Management will charge you for replacement (SR250/towel, SR100/hand towel). • Bed sheets: Changed every 3 days. Should any of the given sheets be damaged, including pillow cases, you will be charged SR600 as the whole set will need to be replaced. 4. Electricity/Water • Air Con: Please turn off Air Con when you leave for the day. Extra charges apply if you wish to leave the Air Con on in your absence. • Water: Please be economic with water, as Seychelles regularly experiences drought periods. 5. Laundry: 75R per load, please ask the staff for assistance. 6. Room Safe: Use key or code 1234# to open/close or change codes. Please leave safe open on departure. Thank You Lemongrass Lodge Other things to note We do not have a 24 hour reception service, so it is very important that you email us your expected time time of arrival, ferry or flight details to ensure a smooth check in, especially if you are arriving after early in the morning, AFTER 5pm, or on a Sunday. In case of an early arrival then you may come to the hotel around 10am and wait for the room to be ready. Check out is 10am and should you wish for a day room then please book in advance VIA EMAIL TO US and we charge extra.
