Enjoy the wonders of a secluded countryside location in this spacious and fully equipped barn conversion. Totally peaceful - bar the wildlife, the odd cow mooing, and the occasional tractor! Only 3 miles north of the A40 with easy access to all of Carmarthenshire and beyond: castles at Dryslwyn, Dinefwr, Carreg Cennon, Llansteffan; walking and biking in Brechfa Forest and the Brecon Beacons; the wonderful coast at Llansteffan, Laugharne, and Pendine. Pembrokeshire & Gower within easy reach. The space The open plan living area has slate floors and high beamed ceilings, with a large kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and lounge area with comfortable L shaped sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes hob, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and espresso maker. Up a short flight of stairs, the master bedroom has a king sized double bed and an ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a day bed, and can be set up as double, single or two singles. From the main living area, a small utility area with washing machine is accessed, as well as a second bathroom with bath. Outside there is a private garden with patio and barbecue. Please note that the hot tub is a galvanised steel stock tank which stands empty but has hot and cold running water, for a hot or cold bath in the sunshine, rain, or under the stars! Large for one person, cosy for two! Inside, facilities include superfast broadband, 50" Panasonic Smart TV with recordable Freesat, central heating, wood burning stove. Sorry, no pets. We live in the house opposite, across the old farmyard, and will normally be available if any help is needed. Guest access The barn is detached and private, as is the garden. We live in the house across the old farmyard, which has its own separate garden. But you're welcome to walk in our small wildflower meadow below the house, and take a look at the neighbouring sheep or cows when they are around.
