You are invited to cook in the kitchen, store drinks inside the fridge and wash clothes inside the washing machine. Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the oven after use, extra cleaning charges $50 if the oven is found uncleaned after use. No AC in this house but 3 cooling fan available Whenever you leave the house, please ensure all the lights, heater, fan, are switched off. Please return the keys back to the lockbox upon checkout. Feel free to contact us for any service at any time; from 9am-5pm and 24/7 in an emergency! We will do our best to help your great trip. Enjoy the stay! Other things to note There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbours are not disturbed, we asked our guests to keep the noise down after 10pm. Additional Rules: *NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking would cause a penalty of 500 AUD. *PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction, and loss of security deposit. Self-Check In. The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date. LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the house, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith). Rubbish Collection Day on Wednesday You will have to take the bins out to the kerbside for collection. If in doubt, contact us or copy the neighbours. After it is collected, you can wheel it back in on Thursday. DAMAGE Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room.
