It is a modern, well-equipped house, with air-conditioning and smart TV in the 5 en-suite balconies - all facing the sea. It has a beautiful private leisure area, and 2 beaches in the condominium - one a 5-minute walk from the house. The space 3-story house with stairs, dumbwaiter, covered garage, 5 seafront balcony suites, air-conditioning and SmartTV in all of them, TV room, living and dining room, seafront, well-equipped kitchen facing the sea, winter garden, bar, service area and private leisure area, with extensive lawn and beautiful garden, swimming pool with waterfall without heating, hammocks, trampoline, Totó, equipment for boxing training and bicycles. From the wall of the house, it is possible to observe turtles, schools of fish and, seasonally, even some dolphins usually appear! Our caretaker does not live in the house and every day, in the mornings, accompanied by his helper, he cleans the pool, takes care of the garden, collects the garbage and takes care of our two kittens. We offer the daily services of a cleaning lady, as a courtesy, and as for cooks, we can indicate some, as long as they do not compromise our evaluation, and payment is agreed directly between the parties (guests x cooks). We do not accept pets, but we make some exceptions, upon prior consultation and commitment to the rules: small breeds, well educated, docile and accustomed to cats. Gigi and Ariskinha (our kittens) provide the valuable service of keeping undesirable rodents away from the house. We ask that you do not give them food other than their own and that you do not try to pick them up or put them on your lap, because they are very independent and do not appreciate much pampering.
