This apartment is in the renovated basement of our home on the border of Cheesman Park/Capitol Hill neighborhoods. Easy to get to Red Rocks shuttle pick-up/drop off points and many other venues. VERY walkable neighborhood--grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars are all within a few blocks, downtown Denver is a short 5 minute drive away. The space You'll go down a half-flight of stairs to the guest suite. *One bedroom has a pocket door and a queen bed *The second bedroom has thick curtains in lieu of a door and a queen bed *The kitchenette has a mini-fridge with freezer, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster oven, microwave and a clothes washer and dryer *Bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. If you've forgotten anything, there is a grocery store across the street Both bedrooms have a charging station, space heater, and a fan/white noise machine. The living room has a sofa, Bravia TV with Roku, and a dining table for 4 Plenty of free street parking but one parking spot in the alley is available for you upon request. We're very close to several bus routes (you can get here from the airport using only public transportation!), there are plenty of rentable bikes and scooters around, and the location is so central that most Uber/Lyft rides aren't too expensive.
