To begin with, as guests wake up in their sanctuaries, a cosy dining area with indulging retreats awaits their presence. Decked with many cosy corners, the villa is perfect to enjoy a read from the various selection of books available in-house. As the sun bathes the villa in warmth, laughter fills the air as friends engage in spirited games of pool, their cues clinking harmoniously. BATHROOMS There are a total of 4 attached bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. A separate bathtub and jacuzzi is offered in two bathrooms. BEACH ROOM This is a luxurious and tranquil space that emanates good beachy vibes to enjoy and relax your time in peace. It can be accessed from the pool and the main villa and is equipped with a sofa for 7 people and a T.V. LIVING ROOM A sanctuary of its own, the living room on the ground floor is the perfect space to keep one entertained and fill the room with laughter. The living room is equipped with an AC, TV, fan, music system and sofa that can accommodate 5 people. DINING AREA The dining area is part of the living room and can accommodate 8 people comfortably. It is equipped with an AC and TV. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a deep freezer. - Crockery and cutlery are available. POOL This is a shared outdoor pool that is perfect for enjoying a replenishing dip. Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. Pets are strictly not allowed in the pool area. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Breakfast is complimentary. - Please note that Hi Tea will only be provided with a full meal. - A barbecue grill is available at an extra cost. - A bonfire can be set up at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per session. Post 2 hours, an additional charge of Rs. 500 will be levied. - An alfresco dining set up can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Guests can make use of the pool table, table tennis and books at no extra charge. - In case of visitors, there's a mandatory charge of Rs. 1000 plus taxes, per person, per day, for up to 4 hours. - Amenities such as indoor games, torches, heater, workstation, iron and medical kits can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - External visitors will be charged Rs.1000 per person, per day. If there are more than 10 visitors a security deposit of Rs. 25000 will be charged. - Personal staff can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs 1500 per person, per night, excluding meal charges.
