Other things to note 🔴IMPORTANT TO READ AND FOLLOW THE RULES🔴 Follow the rules of 🏠 As we live on the premises and there will be other guests, we have a few rules: - Family Environment; (it's not a hotel or inn! It's our HOME) - No smoking in all areas (subject to fine) - Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. - CHECK-IN between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. (It is not allowed to arrive in front of the house without making an appointment, as we are not always at home and it disturbs the other residents). - Check-in until 7 p.m., after that we do not receive or charge a fee if discussed in advance. (Ask first) - We do not have luggage storage. - CHECK-OUT from the house by 11 a.m. -Check in only with a SCHEDULED TIME (send a message the day before to arrange a time) and it is NOT allowed to stop the car in front of the gate at check-in; (Stop the car on the street and call) - DO NOT HONK (message or call) - You are NOT allowed to enter the gate even if the gate is open. - Parking space upon availability. -The accommodation is exclusive to the number of people on the reservation; (visits prohibited) - No parties or events are allowed in the house; - It is forbidden to bring people who are not on the reservation; - Whenever you call for a snack, wait, keeping an eye on the gate (Avoid honking and disturbing the other residents) -Any damaged item in the house will need to be paid for. - It is forbidden to move the furniture around. -Any event related to the space must be notified by phone. -The only circulation space outside the apartment is the parking lot. -We charge a fee of R$ 100 if there is a loss of keys and/or control of the gate. - We charge a fine of R$ 50.00 if you leave the gate open, for the security of the house - We have several rules, but since we rent a lot of space, we want you to have a peaceful and safe stay. :) I am at your disposal to answer any questions.
