Godalming - The Eaves - lovely spare room

Welcome to our comfortable detached family home. This is my daughter’s bedroom while she is studying in the US. This large, light, airy and comfortable room has a small double bed, lots of hanging space and drawers. Large bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle - note sometimes shared when one or other of my children are home from University. The space Welcome to our large secluded property set back from Charterhouse Road, adjoining the grounds of Charterhouse School. We have generous gardens on both sides of the house and ample parking on our private driveway. Guest access Our kitchen is available for food prep and cooking and you have a shelf in the fridge and cupboard. We have a large kitchen counter to eat your food or it can be taken into the Sitting Room. No food in the bedroom please. Guests have use our formal Sitting Room which has a TV with all the usual channels, Prime, Netflix, etc. During your stay I work full time but three days from home, so I’m very available to answer queries and questions or to just have a chat. Please note that my other two children (20 & 22) will be home sometimes, so bathroom will be shared with one or both of them. Other things to note This is a pet loving home with Woody, the Hungarian Vizsla and two cats, Candace and Minnie. All pets are very friendly and overly affectionate so you will be sniffed and sat on for cuddles. Note: if you arrive while I’m not here and let yourself in (which you are welcome to do) Woody may well bark BUT he is very friendly and should be behind the glass kitchen door. Please pop in to say hello he is immensely friendly and just a good guard dog to people arriving.
