Stonehaven - Ruby’s Room - lovely spare room

Welcome to our comfortable detached family home. This is my daughter’s bedroom while she is studying in the US. This large, light, airy and comfortable room has a small double bed, lots of hanging space and drawers. Large bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle - note sometimes shared when one or other of my children are home from University. Please note that arrival after 21:30 must be by arrangement incurs a fee of £25. The space Welcome to our large secluded property set back from Charterhouse Road, adjoining the grounds of Charterhouse School. We have generous gardens on both sides of the house and ample parking on our private driveway. Guest access Our kitchen is available for food prep and cooking and you have a shelf in the fridge and cupboard. We have a large kitchen counter to eat your food or it can be taken into the Sitting Room. No food in the bedroom please. Guests have use our formal Sitting Room which has a TV with all the usual channels, Netflix, BBCiPlayer, etc. During your stay I work full time but two days from home, so I’m very available to answer queries and questions or to just have a chat. Please note that this is a family home and while my other children are often away or at Uni, the bathroom may be shared with one/both of them and friends who also visit. Other things to note This is a pet loving home with two cats, Candice and Minnie. The cats are very friendly and overly affectionate so you will be meowed at and sat on for cuddles.
