Enjoy this wonderful all-season beach house, walk less than 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Bethany has so many wonderful events in summer and all year long. Free concerts at the boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, and outdoor events. Enjoy a great family or friend vacation close to many activities. Ask about kayaks, beach chairs and bikes. The space We are excited to have this beach house for the first time. We love everything about Bethany Beach and the location. We are updating this well-loved house as we go along and hope to bring all the modern looks to this wonderful beach house. Keep checking back for new photos! New & comfortable mattresses, Internet, RokuTV, Arcade, Alexa, RING doorbell, ECOBEE thermostats, KEVO lock entry, off street parking for 3 cars, large screened porch, open air deck, outdoor shower, unique artwork and more. The house is on pillars, so please keep in mind guests must ascend multiple steps to reach the main living areas. Furthermore, all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The living room features ROKU TV with streaming apps; furnished kitchen, one bathroom, and large enclosed deck are on the first level. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second level. We do have a cot for an extra person to sleep a total of 9. Parking for three cars total. One small car parked under the house and two cars in the driveway. Open deck for lounging and tanning, an outdoor shower for use after the beach, and clothes lines for hanging beach towels and bathing suits. Enjoy old school Pac Mac arcade game that has many arcade games to choose from. (Finally, a video game where we can best our kids - just don’t let them practice or they’ll master it quickly like mine did). We gladly open our new beach home to you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and decks and beach access is free and within walking distance. The neighborhood is very walkable to cafes, restaurants, unique mom-and-pop stores and mini golf. Late checkout / early access to property and parking may be available for a fee. Please defer inquiries until time of stay. Other things to note Please not that our house is an animal free and smoke free house. This also extends to emotional support animals. For first time visitors, Bethany Beach is a quaint, family-friendly seaside community. There is a boardwalk with sea-themed shops, cafes, restaurants, indoor arcade, ice cream and candies, etc. The town sponsors free concerts on the boardwalk, movies on the beach, festivals throughout the year, beautiful tulips in the spring, “Fire and Ice” ice sculpture in the winter, and of course fireworks on the Fourth!
