Having been completely renovated with you in mind, one should expect sleek and stylish comfort with all the simple elements that will make your stay a success! Such elements include: a fully stocked kitchen with dinning room table, two bedrooms each with comfy beds and spacious closets, the perfect bathroom with plenty of counter space, a living room ready for movie night or hanging out with friends, and a neat little patio ideal for wine or light reading under the stars! Book with us and you’ll have access to all of this, your own personal host assistant, and the amazing restaurants and stores that are a quick walk or short drive down the street! ***Please be mindful: washer and dyer are located across the parking lot inside the onsite laundry facility. Washer and dryer are "coin operated," and we provide each guest group with $3 in quarters, which is good for one load in the washer ($1.50) and one load in the dryer ($1.50). 🚫🚬 Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the unit or on the property, this includes: cigarettes, marijuana, drugs or drug paraphernalia. $250 FINE This policy is strictly enforced, and closely monitored. This unit does not include a washer and dryer in the unit. The washer and dryer are located in the on-site laundry facility which is across the parking lot, to the left of the dumpster. We gladly provide quarters for the laundry services in the utility closet! This unit is near a school, so please be mindful of higher traffic times.
