The property is 12-15mins away from Mactan-Cebu International Airport by car or taxi (depends on traffic condition). Rate: Rate is for 5 persons with fixed beds. Php280 will be charged for each additional guest per night (comes with an extra foam, linen, and towel). Rooms: Room 1 has one Full Double Bed that can accommodate 2-3 persons + 1 Pullout single bed. Maximum capacity for this room is 4. Room 2 has a bunkbed (2 single beds). This room has space for extra foam for 2-3 persons. Maximum capacity for this room is 5. Living Room: Living room has a sofa with mattress/foam that can be unfolded to accommodate 2 people for sleeping. Kitchen & Dining: Basic cooking and dining wares are available including a Fridge, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Coffee Maker, Rice Cooker, Gas stove with 3 burners and 1 electric plate. Toilet & Bath: One toilet and shower with bidet and hairdryer. Laundry & Iron: Top load washing machine is available at the laundry area. Flat iron and board at the storage area. TV & Internet: The unit has 48-inch TV and a soundbar. Guests may use their Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts then logout upon check-out as there is no Netflix/Amazon Prime accounts connected. WIFI connection is 200MBPS Parking: You can park your car in front of the unit for 1 car/sedan. Guests park at their own risks. Please keep in mind that other homeowners have their dedicated parking slots, please do not park somewhere else other than the space in front of the unit. Please note that the street is narrow and may get congested sometimes with neighbors’ cars particularly in the evening. This may cause inconvenience to you and would appreciate if you let us know in advance if you are taking a car with you so we can pre-arrange a convenient parking space for you. Visitors may park their cars outside the gate (subject to availability), please check with the security guard on duty. Community: The property is inside a gated subdivision, simple and quiet community. Several Sari-sari (variety) stores are available inside the subdivision. Accessibility: Travel via taxi, grab (ride app), private car, motorcycle. There is no public transportation such as jeepney or bus passing by the area. However, e-bikes and habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) are available at the entrance gate most of the time. Other things to note Clean-As-You-Go. Kindly dispose of all trash in the designated garbage bins. While we don’t expect spotless conditions, we appreciate maintaining cleanliness throughout your stay. If you require cleaning service during your stay, we can arrange it for a fee (Php450/hr). For long stays, cleaning service and linen replacement is done every 7 days for Free.
