Serene getaway with your family or friends. The property is friendly to those with mobility needs. There is a ramp into the house plus a main floor bedroom and bathroom with 36" door openings. With plenty of generous bedrooms there is no need to sacrifice good sleep on a pullout couch. There are many areas inside and out to quietly sit back and relax, or enjoy the company of family and friends. Inside, there are five generous bedrooms with six beds. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs and two downstairs. There is an additional media/living room downstairs with a kitchenette. The layout is perfect if two families are staying and have different schedules. In addition to the entire house, you will have access to three outdoor seating areas. A deck at the front of the house, a patio on the side, and another deck at the back of the house. Not to mention the lawn. At the back of the house near the field there is a firepit, with wood, for your use. On the back deck there is a grill to enjoy, plus an additional small firepit on the patio. (PLEASE NOTE: Grill, small firepit, and cushions will be available seasonal, weather permitting.) We are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The house sits on 8 acres of farmed land in rural surroundings. CAK airport- 11 minutes away Hartville Flea Market- 9 minutes away Quail Hollow Park- 11 minutes away Football Hall of Fame- 14 minutes away USE OF PROPERTY: Our property is large and accommodates a maximum occupancy of 10 people at any one time. We welcome large family/friend groups to enjoy the entire property. However, there are no parties or events allowed inside the house or outside on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and assess additional fees. PARKING: Our property has a shared driveway and can not be used for parking. We provide a gravel lot for our guests to use. The lot is just past the driveway and GPS coordinates will be provided. Please make sure to park in the gravel lot. Violators will be towed. LONG TERM STAYS: Please note that the house will be cleaned every 7 nights. We welcome stays longer than 4 weeks. Please contact us if you are in need of this type of accommodation. TRAVELING WITH PETS: We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a small non-refundable pet fee. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. CHILD PROOFING: Guests understand that no special efforts have been made to "childproof" this house/property, and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infant we allow on the property. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Due to the size of our property, WE CANNOT ACCOMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.
