The space This delightful property offers a cozy yet spacious retreat with five well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. There are two modern bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. The expansive game room is perfect for fun and entertainment, while the inviting living room provides a warm, relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, and there's also a convenient kitchenette for evening snacks located near the game room. A laundry room adds practicality to the space, making it ideal for longer stays. Step outside to enjoy the peaceful outdoor patio and expansive deck, complete with a grill, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing. The shady yard, surrounded by trees, offers a tranquil setting, while the fire pit adds an extra touch of charm, perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. Guest access Guests also have easy access to several outdoor areas designed for comfort and enjoyment. The walk-out patio includes seating and a small fire pit, creating the perfect atmosphere for cozy evenings. For additional outdoor enjoyment, another deck with a grill and dining table provides a wonderful space for al fresco meals and relaxation. The front deck offers additional seating, welcoming guests to relax and enjoy the view. The shady yard is beautifully landscaped and features a dedicated play area for kids, ensuring that families can enjoy their time together. Whether it’s for a quiet retreat or a lively family getaway, this property offers an ideal blend of comfort, privacy, and outdoor fun, all set within the peaceful backdrop of farmland. (PLEASE NOTE: Grill, small firepit, and cushions will be available seasonal, weather permitting.) Other things to note USE OF PROPERTY: Our property is large and accommodates a maximum occupancy of 10 people at any one time. We welcome large family/friend groups to enjoy the entire property. However, there are no parties or events allowed inside the house or outside on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and assess additional fees. PARKING: Our property has a shared driveway and can not be used for parking. We provide a gravel lot for our guests to use. The lot is just past the driveway and GPS coordinates will be provided. Please make sure to park in the gravel lot. Violators will be towed. LONG TERM STAYS: Please note that the house will be cleaned every 7 nights. We welcome stays longer than 4 weeks. Please contact us if you are in need of this type of accommodation. TRAVELING WITH PETS: We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a small non-refundable pet fee. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. CHILD PROOFING: Guests understand that no special efforts have been made to "childproof" this house/property, and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infant we allow on the property. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Due to the size of our property, WE CANNOT ACCOMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.
