This villa, realized in 2020 and very energy efficient, is truly a picture! The space You enter the house through a large staircase at the front. The spacious entrance provides access to the luxurious, open (living) kitchen equipped with all the modern quality equipment you expect. Think of a large hob, ice cube maker and coffee machine. At the spacious dining table, you can dine with your company until late in the evening, or how about an aperitif on the balcony terrace in the evening sun? On this floor you will also find a spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a guest toilet and cloakroom. Via the stairs you reach the first floor with toilet and living area. The living room is equipped with luxury furniture, a wood-burning stove and TV. Here you can enjoy panoramic views of the bustling marina and the Veerse Meer. This view never gets boring! The wide sliding door connects inside and outside and gives access to the second terrace with lounge set. On this floor is also a double bedroom with luxury ensuite bathroom with bath. Waking up with this view and walking up the terrace through the sliding doors, the day cannot start better. In the basement, there are three more double bedrooms and a separate bathroom with toilet. One of the bedrooms in the basement has an ensuite bathroom. A washing machine and dryer are available in the indoor garage.
