Domaine de la Tour Carrée (Estate)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, measuring approximately 40 square meters. In the countryside, at the junction of the Yonne, Loiret and Seine-et-Marne departments, and not far from Paris. We have renovated one of the outbuildings of the estate of the mansion dating from the 19th century on its wooded park of more than 7000 m2 to transform it into a homestay. You will have access to all the amenities on the estate, shared with the owners The space On the ground floor you will find a parental space, furnished with a double bed of 160x200 and many closets to store your belongings. The mezzanine area has been converted into a bedroom with 2 single beds and closets. The beds are real beds with box spring, but because of the mezzanine, they are low beds that can be stacked to make one at normal height. You will find on the landing some games and books that are loaned to you to unwind. The bathroom is composed of toilet, double vanity and 140x80 shower with a balneo column. In the kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer, a combined microwave oven, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and the necessary dishes for your stay. We provide a barbecue and utensils; it is your responsibility to bring the charcoal and clean it at the end of your stay (clean it simply by emptying the ashes and brush the grill with the brush provided). The accommodation, due to its configuration, is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. We ask our guests to leave the cottage in good condition: dishes done and put away, trash cans emptied and places left properly tidy. This ensures a pleasant welcome for everyone Guest access ⏰ Flexible check-in and check-out times Standard schedules are: - Check in is between 5pm and 8pm - Check-out is between 9:00 am and 10:00 am Upon prior request and subject to our agreement, it is possible to carry out: - early check-in from 3 p.m., - late arrival until 10 p.m., - late check-out until 12 noon These arrangements are subject to availability and a fee of €20 per request. It will be necessary to agree a few days before your stay on a meeting time with the owners on an instance located between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. in order to give you the keys to the accommodation and carry out the Check in. As soon as you arrive, we will agree on the meeting time to complete the checkout of the accommodation together. The hot tub and pool (shared with the owners) are winterized during the cold period and are therefore not accessible (from mid-October to early May). They are accessible from 10am to 6pm to allow water treatment and for safety. Other things to note Welcome to our cottage located within our family property. It is located in the countryside, so it is possible to have occasional noises from the countryside (maintenance of green spaces, animals...) In order to ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to take note of the following: 🕑 Check-ins / Checkouts Check-in: between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (schedule to be agreed before your stay). Check-out: between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. (schedule set upon arrival). Adjustments are possible based on availability. 🧼 Housekeeping Cleaning is not included, the cottage must be returned in the original state of cleanliness. In the event of excessively dirty accommodation or damaged appliances, a flat fee of €50 may be applied. 🚯 Trash Mandatory selective sorting: bins are available at the entrance to the estate. Please do not throw anything into the toilet outside of toilet paper. 👥 Number of guests The cottage is designed for up to 4 people, it is ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. Umbrella bed available upon request before your arrival No person outside the reservation is allowed without prior agreement. 🚭 Smoking No smoking inside the gite. Ashtrays are available outside. 🔇 Noise and respect for the place No parties or festive evenings. Respect quiet time between 8pm and 8am. The garden is shared with the owners: please do not spread out your belongings. 🔥 Grill Barbecue available (charcoal not included). Please clean the grill after use with the brush provided. 🌦 In case of rain Close the windows while you're away. Damage due to rain may be deducted from the security deposit. Shared ♻️ amenities Garden equipment (outdoor games, trampoline, etc.) is at your disposal. Access to the pool and jacuzzi is allowed from 10am to 6pm under the supervision of a responsible adult. Its amenities are not functional from mid-October to May and depending on weather conditions ⚠️ If something happens Please report any malfunction or anomaly within 24 hours of your arrival. 🔒 Things to know We live on site and are available if you need any assistance or information.
