Domaine de la Tour Carrée (Estate)

This peaceful accommodation of about 40 square meters offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. In the countryside, at the junction of the Yonne, Loiret and Seine et Marne departments, and not far from Paris. We renovated one of the outbuildings of the 19th century manor house on its 7000 m2 wooded park to transform it into a homestay. You will have access to all the amenities on the estate, shared with the owners The space You will find on the ground floor a parental space, equipped with a double bed of 160 x 200 and many cupboards to store your belongings. The mezzanine area has been converted into a bedroom with 2 single beds and closets. The beds are real beds with a bed base, but because of the mezzanine, they are low beds that can be stacked to make one at normal height. On the landing you will find some games and books that are lent to you to relax. The bathroom consists of a toilet, a double sink and a 140x80 shower with a spa column. In the kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer, a microwave oven, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and the dishes necessary for your stay. We provide a barbecue and utensils; it is your responsibility to bring the charcoal and clean it at the end of your stay (simply clean it by emptying the ashes and brushing the grill with the brush provided). The accommodation, due to its configuration, is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. We ask our guests to leave the cottage in good condition: dishes done and put away, trash emptied and places left properly tidy. This ensures a pleasant welcome for everyone Guest access ⏰ Flexible check-in and check-out times Standard times are: - Check-in between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. - Check-out between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Upon prior request and subject to our agreement, it is possible to: - an early check-in from 3 p.m., - late arrival until 10 p.m., - late check-out until 12 noon These amenities are subject to availability and a flat rate of €20 per request. A few days before your stay, you will need to agree on an appointment schedule with the owners on a time slot between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. in order to hand you the keys to the accommodation and carry out the Check-in. Upon arrival, we will agree on the time of the appointment in order to complete the check-out of the accommodation together. The jacuzzi and swimming pool (shared with the owners) are put into hibernation during the cold period and are therefore not accessible (from mid-October to early May). They are accessible from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. to allow water treatment and for safety. Other things to note Welcome to our gîte located within our family property. It is located in the countryside, so it is possible to have from time to time noises from the countryside (maintenance of green spaces, animals...) In order to guarantee everyone a pleasant and respectful stay, we kindly ask that you take note of the following: 🕑 Arrivals / Departures Check-in: between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. (time to be agreed before your stay). Check-out: between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. (schedule defined on arrival). Adjustments are possible based on availability. 🧼 Housekeeping Housekeeping is not included, the gîte must be returned in the initial state of cleanliness. In the event of accommodation rendered excessively dirty or damaged, a flat rate of €50 may be applied. 🚯 Waste Mandatory selective sorting: bins are available at the entrance to the estate. Please do not throw anything into the toilet except toilet paper. 👥 Number of guests The gîte is designed for a maximum of 4 people, it is ideal for 3 adults or for 2 adults with 2 children. Travel cot available upon request before your arrival No person outside the reservation is allowed without prior agreement. 🚭 Smoking No smoking inside the gîte. Ashtrays are available outside. 🔇 Noise and respect for the place No parties or festive evenings. Respect quiet time between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. The garden is shared with the owners: please do not spread your belongings there. 🔥 Barbecue Barbecue available (charcoal not included). Thanks for cleaning the grill after use with the brush provided. 🌦 In case of rain Close windows while you're away. Damage due to rain can be withheld from the security deposit. ♻️ Shared amenities Garden equipment (outdoor games, trampoline, etc.) is at your disposal. Access to the pool and jacuzzi is allowed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. under the supervision of a responsible adult. Its equipment is not functional from mid-October to May and depending on weather conditions ⚠️ In case of problems Please report any malfunction or anomaly within 24 hours of your arrival. 🔒 Good to know We live on site and are available if you need any assistance or information.
