Please note this unit is not suitable for 8 adults (max 4 adults) being a family apartment with 2 double bunk beds. The space Up one flight of stairs, this is a single level apartment with great sea views , 3 bedrooms ( two double bunk beds in one bedroom), open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, along with two comfortable decks for your use. Please note there are steps from Parking bay up to the first floor. Please note this unit is not suitable for 8 adults (max 6 adults) being a family apartment with 2 double bunk beds. Guest access Guests use the whole apartment and both decks. Pools are communal and respect for other visitors must be shown Guests have 1 undercover parking for 1 vehicle Other things to note Before You Arrive: Booking 24hrs in advance recommended (for security access setup). Full names, ID/passport numbers & vehicle registration required. Facial recognition access at front gate – allow extra time for check-in. This process may take time and is totally out of our control. We ask for patience in this matter, but its in the interest of everyone's safety. The unit is serviced during your stay aside from weekends and public holidays. You have only 1 Parking bay, there is visitors parking but a long walk from the unit. There is access to two beaches. Sunrise beach is directly below the unit with access down stairs on the side of the complex. Thompson Bay is the 2nd beach which is easier to get access to by car, there is parking available in the Complex near the Beach turnstile . Otherwise it is quite a distance but you can access Thompson's Bay by foot. There is no tumble dryer in this unit but a laundromat a couple km's away. A small backup supply is provided, please read instructions in the "How things work" section of the manual in the unit. Do not abuse it.
