Guests are welcome to use items left behind by previous visitors, such as oils, sugar, or tea, but these are not regularly stocked. Self check-in via keypad after 3:00 PM Check-out by 11:00 AM Max stay: 21 days Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $50/hour, depending on availability Other things to note *Safety & Security* Exterior security cameras monitor the front area, side yards, and garage door for safety and property protection. (There are no cameras inside the home.) Do not unplug or tamper with cameras or Wi-Fi. A $250 fee applies for repair, repositioning, or replacement. Bookings may be canceled without refund for tampering. *House Rules (Strictly Enforced)* Maximum occupancy: 6 guests total, including children and infants Registered guests only — no unregistered visitors Absolutely no pets or animals (including service animals due to severe allergies) – $250 cleaning fee + damages for violations No smoking, vaping, or drugs anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors) – $500+ cleaning and remediation fee applies No parties, gatherings, or events – $500 fine + possible removal No unplugging/tampering with electronics, routers, cameras, etc. – $250 fee No mail deliveries No crypto-mining or high-utility-usage activities Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM No moving furniture — $100 repositioning fee Use plastic dishes for outdoor spaces (no glass on the patio) Use provided bins properly: Blue = recyclables Gray = trash Green = yard waste only We love hosting guests who respect our home, our neighbors, and these simple guidelines.
