Building with 4 comfortable villas, and an upper palapa with a beautiful view of the bay, 40 meters from the beach. This villa is on the ground floor so stairs should not be used to access it, it has a capacity of 10 to 12 people, after 10 guests, an additional charge per person applies. We are located in Bahía de Cuastecomate Segunda Playa Incluyente de la República, just 3 km from Melaque, 7 km from Barra de Navidad, and 25 minutes from La Manzanilla. The space *It has 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a full bathroom. *It has a dining room and a living room. This area does not have air conditioning, only a ceiling fan. *The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your food, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave oven, refrigerator, etc. *For those looking for a quiet place to work from home or take remote classes, our villa offers high-speed internet service via fiber optic. *Cable TV (SKY) *Telephone line *Private parking. *We do not have a pool Guest access *We have a common palapa on the top floor of our villas, where we have some tables and chairs, a couple of hammocks, and bathrooms for ladies and gentlemen. *This place is ideal for going up and watching the sunset, reading a book or working as in this area we also have high-speed internet, or if you want, just go up to rest while contemplating the bay. *At the top, we have an area to rinse your swimsuits, beach toys or any garment that has sand, as well as an area to hang your clothes and/or towels to dry. *A few meters from the main entrance, there is a shower to rinse off and remove excess sand after returning from the beach. Other things to note *It's important to mention that cell phone coverage is practically non-existent. *A few meters from our villas is the only grocery store, which, although small, has practically everything you need for your stay. However, they have limited hours, which are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM. *In Melaque there is a greater offer of self-service stores that are open 24 hours a day. *In Cuastecomate there are 6 palapas that provide restaurant service from 11am to 6pm. *In the beach area, there is a service provider that offers umbrellas for rent. *As an inclusive beach, an amphibious chair rental service is offered so that the elderly or people with physical disabilities can enter the sea.
