There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, connected by a hallway. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet). The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a communal bathroom (with shower, bath, and toilet). The basement has 2 bedrooms connected to the common entertainment area. One basement bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. An additional roll-out twin bed is available for a 12th sleeper if needed. The basement has a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. This home is designed for a great night’s sleep! You'll find a mix of high-quality mattresses to suit different sleep preferences. The facilities in the home are all available for you to enjoy; however, kindly note that the under-stairs storage area, garden shed, and garage are all storage areas currently in use. Please also note that the garage is not a space for guests as it is a designated storage area and is monitored by camera for security purposes. The property is secured with a digital smart lock, providing you with a unique access code for the duration of your stay. Other things to note For safety, the property is equipped with exterior video cameras located in the backyard, overlooking the side entrance around the BBQ, storage shed, and hot tub area; the pergola area; the front door; the garage entrance; and the patio area. The property is also equipped with a noise decibel monitor. All cameras are placed in non-private areas to ensure security without compromising guest privacy.
