Spend a day hiking, observing wildlife, playing a leisurely round of golf, and strolling picturesque beach trails. Inside this pleasant getaway, you’ll be welcomed by a sun-filled living area bursting with expansive windows bathing the home in natural light and cozy, rustic decor. Snuggle up on the plush sofa with a good book, stream your favorite movies, or break out the card games at the dining table. A full kitchen hosts modern appliances and plenty of storage space for creating delicious home-cooked meals with ease. After a full day of beach adventure, unwind on the spacious deck with a glass of wine, listen to the sound of the waves, and watch the stars appear overhead. Things to Know Guest access You'll enter through a handle elock. Enter your 10-digit code, wait for the Schlage button to flash green, then wait 3 seconds for the locking mechanism to fully disengage before pulling the handle down to open the door. If the light flashes red, press the Schlage button to reset it - it will flash green when ready. Enter your code again. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the system will lock you out for 30 seconds; you can try again after that. The door automatically locks when you close it, so be careful not to lock yourself out. Standard check-in is 4pm; standard checkout is 10am. If an early check-in or late checkout is available for your dates, you'll receive an email or SMS offering it. For after-hours support with access issues, an emergency lockbox with a backup key is onsite at the entrance on the rail. Other things to note The home is equipped with 3 window air conditioning units: 1 in the living room and 1 in each of the upstairs bedrooms. Electric heat keeps the home warm in winter. You'll have a smart TV during your stay. Backup sheets, bedding, and towel sets are located in the unit if you need fresh ones. WiFi is available, though coastal Maine can experience spotty service depending on your cell provider - Verizon tends to work best in the area. If WiFi drops, wait an hour for weather to pass and it typically returns. If it doesn't, try rebooting the modem/router. Trash and recyclables go together in a bag and should be placed in the onsite dumpster at the end of the parking area to the left of Building B.
