BABY EQUIPMENT FOR HIRE For safety & hygiene reasons, we recommend our preferred Baby Hire companies for all your equipment needs during your stay. Please reach out for further information if required. LONG STAYS All stays 28+ nights must have at least one mid-stay cleaning service a month at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable. AFFILIATION WITH RECEPTION & BUILDING CONCIERGE Where your property is located in a building with staff, please be advised that we are in no way affiliated with the operations of the building. Please contact us EXCLUSIVELY if you need to discuss your booking. APARTMENT WINDOW CLEANING Window cleaning is the Owner's Corporation responsibility. They manage these services according to a set schedule. Unfortunately, we have no control over the state of the external windows at all and apologise in advance if you happen to book at a time where they are in a state that requires cleaning. To ensure your privacy during scheduled window cleaning, we kindly ask that blinds be drawn in areas where cleaners may be working outside.
