A full kitchen hosts modern appliances and plenty of storage space for creating delicious home-cooked meals with ease. After a full day of beach adventure, unwind on the spacious deck with a glass of wine, listen to the sound of the waves, and watch the stars appear overhead. Things to Know Guest access You'll check in at 4pm. The entry uses a Schlage electronic deadbolt - enter your 10-digit code and wait 3-5 seconds for the locking mechanism to disengage. Once you hear the click, rotate the deadbolt away from the doorframe to unlock. The deadbolt is free floating and will spin until the code is entered, so take your time. If you enter the code incorrectly, the Schlage light flashes red - hit the button to reset and try again. After 4 unsuccessful attempts, the lock will disable for 30 seconds before you can try again. To lock the door when leaving, press the Schlage button and rotate the deadbolt toward the doorframe. A backup lockbox with an emergency key is located on the rail at the entrance - contact the host for the code if needed. Check-out is at 10am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee outside of peak season (Memorial Day-Labor Day and holidays) - if available, you'll receive an offer via email or SMS. Other things to note A window A/C unit is located in the living room/dining area. This home does not have central air, which is typical for coastal Maine properties. The home is supplied with complimentary start-up amenities including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap. These are meant to get you started - you're responsible for restocking any additional supplies during your stay. All bedding, sheets, and towel sets are provided.
