The exterior in a lush setting houses a large terrace under a pergola, a kitchen with BBQ and dining area. This accommodation is perfectly located in a peaceful setting close to the beaches & gliding spot. The space Villa Xanthos is built at the foot of the magnificent slopes of Orkos above Karades Bay, overlooking Plaka Beach, Mikri Vigla Island and Paros Island. It is located just a 10-minute walk from Plaka Beach, one of the most beautiful white sand beaches, and 9 km from the city of Naxos. Xanthos built & decorated in a traditional Cycladic architectural model is designed for a stay with family or friends of 4 to 8 people. The villa is composed of spacious rooms spread over 3 levels. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, closets and mosquito nets, blade fans (for the sake of ecology) 1 bathroom and toilet, and an opening on the horizon with magnificent sea views from a large balcony. On the ground floor: 1 large living room with fully equipped kitchen, 1 laundry room with toilet, mosquito nets, blade fan (always in an ecological spirit!!) all with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, closets and mosquito nets, 1 bathroom and toilet, a relaxing living room with refrigerator, overlooking a large terrace, a garden with stairs to access the dining/barbecue area sheltered under the pergolas. Xanthos with its Mediterranean leisure garden, consisting of water-saving plants, will let you share its aromatic plants, basil, sage, rosemary, fruits, tomatoes to accompany your meals.
