Come relax with the whole family and enjoy the peace and beauty of this spacious site at the foot of the magnificent Pedra do Elefante and the banks of the Taquaril River. A unique place to relax to the sound of the waters and listen to the birds singing, surrounded by the magic of the exuberant nature of the Taquaril valley, a quiet and safe region, where agricultural cultivation predominates and some inns as well. The Sítio is located in Petrópolis, in the municipality of Pedro do Rio. The space Charming and cozy house, in the Swiss chalet style, one-story house, with fenced lawn yard. 2-bedroom house, two en-suites with closets, space with a desk, living room with a 50" smart TV, sofa bed, spacious and equipped open kitchen, balcony with hammock, Swiss fireplace and 6-seat table. Grassy and fenced yard with table, chairs, shower and laundry. Large and shaded parking lot, natural pool with an infinity bottom overflowing into the river. The house is about 9 meters from the river bank and about 20 meters from the pool. We have no telephone signal on the road, but we have fast, wired internet that usually works well. The site is 40 min from downtown Petrópolis, 20 min from Itaipava, 10 min from Posse, 15 min from Areal... If necessary, we provide the contact of reliable drivers, from the locality, for our guests. Guest access The property contains 3 other houses, which share a parking lot and swimming pool. There may be other houses available for rent... if you want to bring more loved ones, just let me know. The river flows throughout the property and is freely accessible, as is the forest for walking. Other things to note Attention: The maintenance of the covers, cushions, curtains and rugs, as well as the making of the beds and general arrangement are efforts of the hosts to provide our guests the maximum, at the lowest possible cost... The covers must be left as they were delivered, clean, in perfect condition. The same goes for curtains, cushions and rugs... treat them as if they were yours.
