Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the complex, including the grounds. Guest access The apartment and its two private gardens are solely for your personal use. There is a swimming pool for residents of the complex, which you are welcome to use. Other things to note - NB: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment as well as any part of the complex’s property. Smoking on patios, balconies and in gardens is not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the pool area. - No noise between 22:00hrs and 07h00. - Short-term tenants are not permitted to entertain overnight visitors. No visitor may be signed in after 22.00hrs without prior Trustee permission. - No parties or events are permitted in the apartments nor in the common areas. - Pool rules - Residents are strictly prohibited from using portable sound and music emitting devices, such as mobile telephones, tablets, portable speakers and the like, and musical instruments within the pool areas and on the common property in general, unless they are being used without any sound emanating from them, such as with the use of earphones. No rowdy and boisterous behaviour or excessive noise, including ball games. Residents and their guests must wear suitable swimming attire at all times when using the swimming pools. Beverages at the pool area must be consumed from plastic glasses or other non- breakable containers. - UBER / Deliveries- are only allowed onto site for initial guest drop off with luggage. All additional Uber, food and courier deliveries to be met/collected at the gate by the owner/occupants.
