Plenty of parking for vehicles or if you decide to bring a boat or jet ski to leave your trailer. We have boat lift in the boat dock as well as a jet ski lift on the side of the dock to protect your boat or jet ski. The boat lift is set up for ski and bass boat v type bottom boats. It is not set up for a tri-toon or pontoon boat. We also have 4 kayaks, lily pad float and pool floats down at the dock. The boat dock features an upper deck that is great for entertaining as well as spending quality time to watch the sun rise or sun set with plenty of seating. We have solar lighting, shock resistant ladder, and a solar generator for safety at the boat dock. This dock and property are sitting on year around water, which is perfect for any time of the year that you want to come you can enjoy the lake! We offer both charcoal and gas grill options at the house. There is a gas grill on the upper deck and charcoal grill on the lower deck. We also have led solar lighting on the steps down to the dock as well as over head lighting going down to the boat dock.
