Located in the heart of Erskineville - recently rated the number one suburb in Australia, is our large family home. A spacious 3 level townhouse with multiple living zones both inside and out. Highbury is the perfect retreat for busy active families. There’s 3 separate work zones as well as 2 TV areas so families can branch out and relax based on the size of the group. Your family retreat in the heart of the inner West. Split over 3 levels with multiple living zones, our home is the perfect getaway for families and couples. Upon entry to our place is our first work zone which is a seperate study area with office set up. Walk through our space and you’ll discover our full laundry with washer and dryer. A seperate powder room with toilet and sink is located on this level. Our living zone is open plan with a large entertainers kitchen with everything you need in a home from home. A breakfast bar serves as a handy spot for breakfast. There’s a also our first dining area with a table for four. Move through into our lounge area with comfortable seating for 6 people to relax and watch TV. You can open up the windows to the outdoor lounge area or keep them seperate for extra living zones. Our yard features a BBQ and also serves as parking for 1 vehicle. On the first floor are our bedrooms. The master features a comfortable queen bed and wardrobe storage for your belongings. There is a large family bathroom en suite with bath, shower, a second toilet and double sink. A perfect parent retreat! Down the hallway is our third toilet in our second bathroom. This features a shower making mornings easy for couples or families travelling together. The children’s room has 2 single beds and a desk area available. Wardrobe hanging is also provided for your stay. This room features a small outdoor balcony, perfect for your morning coffee! The final bedroom is next door and is a spacious Queen size room. This room has a beautiful vantage of the street. Up to the top floor which features a third study/office space and TV/games area. We like to also use this area for dining for up to 8! Guest access All Other things to note This is our family home so whilst it’s not perfect it is comfortable and clean and space is available for you and your guests.
