Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the interior of the home, adjacent driveway, and fenced backyard areas, as well as all listed items and amenities. The garage at the end of the driveway is not accessible to our guests or available for use. Also, beyond the backyard fence and locked gate there is some unfinished outdoor space and a storage shed which are also not available to our guests. These spaces are not currently being used and will not be accessed without proper advanced notification. Other things to note **Furry Friends, Welcome!** We're thrilled to host your well-behaved pets, understanding they're part of the family. Please message us before making your reservation to discuss our pet policy and ensure a paw-sitively delightful stay. An additional flat pet fee will be added to your reservation to cover the cleaner's extra time. For reservations longer than five days, an additional per-night-fee will be collected through Airbnb after your reservation is confirmed. We are happy to host both you and your pets! Fees for Additional Services We have put so much work into making your stay perfect, and we value the time we have between guests to prepare for future guests. Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. Hot Tub You are welcome to use the hot tub during your stay, but it is kept child-locked for safety. To use the hot tub, simply review the hot tub section of the guidebook, then tap the link or scan the onsite QR code to sign a brief liability agreement. Once it is signed, it will automatically provide you with a code to unlock the hot tub. Smoking Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside on the patio. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home or else loss of security deposit will occur.
