Two-story, one bedroom surf casita hidden in the hills of Playa Maderas. Twin sized mattress / lounge area upstairs, full kitchen, listen to the sound of the ocean waves in your dreamy tree house. High-speed wifi, 10 min walk to the beach (Playa Maderas), 20 min drive San Juan del Sur, washing machine on site, garden and greenhouse, veggies and herbs, permaculture, 2 sweet doggies, full-time security on site, cleaning weekly. You will need 4x4 transport to arrive*. The space Our casitas are equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom and jungle views. On site the property we are doing a bit of permaculture where we have chickens, a green house with a variety of lettuce and kale, compost stations, and a worm farm to regenerate soil. We are a family run little business and live on site and enjoy getting to know our guests. We are less than 10 minutes walking to maderas and have a secrete little river trail.
