Located in a quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood just 100 meters from the beach, it is the ideal getaway for those who want to rest with practicality and well-being. Exactly as in the pictures, the loft is compact, organized and prepared to accommodate up to 3 guests with comfort. The American kitchen offers the essentials for preparing meals, ensuring autonomy and practicality throughout the stay, while the air-conditioned environment provides comfort on the hottest days. Every detail was designed to welcome, providing a light, quiet experience in line with the guest house style, where simplicity gains charm and the essentials are transformed into comfort. To ensure a stay without unforeseen events, the number of guests informed in the reservation must correspond exactly to the occupants of the accommodation, ensuring the correct calculation of the daily rate and respecting the limit of the structure. We do not offer common areas, reception, general cleaning service providers, food or daily cleaning. The items available at the listing are offered as a courtesy. Guest access Access is granted only to duly registered guests upon presentation of the requested documentation. It is essential to mention that VILLAGIO does not offer shared areas and private parking. It is critical that guests are aware of this information when planning their stay, thus ensuring a smoother and no surprise experience. Other things to note 🏡 General Rules 1 ️⃣ Sound System: Use permitted only in the private area, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., at moderate volume. 2 ️⃣ Guests: No third parties allowed for security and control reasons. 3 ️⃣ Quiet hours: After 10 p.m., avoid making noise so as not to disturb other guests. (Subject to a fine of R$ 80.00.) 4 ️⃣ Ironing: Not allowed inside the apartment, for safety. 5 ️⃣ Pets: 1 small dog per accommodation is allowed. 6 ️⃣ Smoking: Prohibited in rooms and hallways.
