Snowgum Camping Farmstay offers a family farmstay experience on a working farm. Bottle feed baby animals, milk a goat or cow, hand feed the farm animals, take selfies with the alpacas, goats and mini horses, kick back relax by the dam & read a book, walk around the property to enjoy the amazing views of the mountains and valley. Light pollution free area & altitude sitting at 1,200, bright twinkling stars are awaiting to be explored by star gazers & astrophotographers. The space The Safari Tents are fully furnished self-contained, off-grid tenting, sleeps up to 6 guests. kitchen and bedding and linen provided; all you need to bring is your food and cloths. BBQ and outdoor setting nestled on B & P Henry Homesteads working farm. Heading away for the weekend with family, friends or as a couple, so all you need to bring is your duffel bag of cloths, food and yourselves. Everything else is available in your Safari Tent experience. Safari Tent sleeps up to 6 adults in our comfortable house size beds (1 double, 4 single), complete with: Summer: Cool Summer sheets, blankets, donnas and pillows. Winter: Warm Winter Flannelette Sheets Woolen Blankets, Donnas and throw-over and pillows. Kitchen Items: As many things we could think of in Pots & Pans, all cutlery, plates, cups, soft drink cups, board cutters, BBQ items as well to cook with plus a 6 burner BBQ and Wok burner, detergent, washing up tub & drainer. Camp cupboard and Camp Kitchen cupboard, 6 foldable camp chairs to lounge in, 1 slim line foldable table to use inside tent for inclement weather, 1- 8 seater table with bench seats outside the tent with umbrella, and small fire pit. Take a walk around to property to see the amazing views of the mountains and valley. Snowgum Camping Farmstay is located: - 30min from Cooma - 1hr 50min from Canberra / ACT Airport - 1hr 30min from Braidwood - 2hr 20min from Batemans Bay - 4hr 40min from Campbelltown / Sydney Guest access While staying with Snowgum Camping Farmstay you will have access to most of the farm. From exploring the bush and fields, interacting with the animal's or relaxing and enjoy the country scenery, there is a little something for everyone. Other things to note When arriving at Snowgum Camping Farmstay, the staff will take your food and luggage to your accommodation, as there is a short easy stroll from the parking to your accommodation spot.
